orderTERMS
Terms of payment are not negotiatble and will be Proforma invoice, COD or maximum 30 days net dependent on account status agreed with the company. All accounts which remain outstanding beyond these credit terms will attract charges of 2% per month. These accounts may also be passed to a third party when they will be subject to a further surcharge of 10% to cover such costs incurred. Any costs arising from the company's effort to obtain settlement will also be charge to the account. The Company reserves the right to amend the montly credit charge without prior notice.

PRICES
Due to exchange rages vagaries, all prices shown are strictly net, and are subject to change without prior notifications. Every effort will be made to maintain prices, but exchange rate fluctuations,tax changes, and variations in raw material costs may necessitate price changes, and all orders accepted on this basis. Prices quoted are 'ex-warehouse' and not open to further discount.

VAT
Products subject to VAT at a rate of 17.5%(subject to Government changes) are marked with a "V". All other products are subject to zero rate.

CLAIMS
Damage, shortages or pilferage must be reported to us within 3 days of
receipt of goods. No claims for any reason can be recognised after one month from the date of delivery.

RETURNS
We do NOT operate "Sale or Return" policy.

DELIVERIES
Any dates given are approximate and late delivery will not be an acceptable reason for refusing goods, unless we are informed in writing before hand.

DELIVERY CHARGES
There are no minimum Orders. All orders over Ł100.00 are delivered FREE of Charge in the UK for wholesalers.For Mailorder orders over Ł35.00 is FREE. Overseas order or those below minmum level stated above will incure shipping charges at cost. Cases can be split to accommodate customers requirements.

SPECIAL ORDERS
For special requests, a quotation will be provided, and if acceptable, full payment is required with order.

PASSING OF TITLE
Property in and title to the goods shall remain vested in the seller (Corrykinloch UK Ltd) until seller has received payment in full of the purchase price. On delivery all risks in connection with goods shall pass to the customer.
